**Prices**
At PlastikPrint.dk, all prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK) and are indicated including VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Out-of-stock items are subject to availability.
**Payment**
PlastikPrint.dk accepts payments with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay, and bank transfer. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is dispatched. All amounts are in DKK, Danish Kroner, and include VAT. We reserve the right to correct price errors and to indicate items that are out of stock or discontinued.
**Delivery**
PlastikPrint.dk aims to dispatch orders received before 5 PM on the same day, otherwise, orders will be sent on the following business day. We deliver to all of Denmark with shipping costs starting at 42 DKK. Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified during the order. We do not deliver to foreign countries, the Faroe Islands, or Greenland. Your items will be delivered via Post Nord or GLS.
Note: If there is no space at the collection point, the package will be moved to the nearest collection point, and you will be notified. If there are any issues, please contact customer service. Items are delivered on all business days. Your item will be delivered within 1-3 business days after the order.
Certain items may have specific delivery conditions, and these terms will be specified before purchasing these items.
**Warranty**
We provide a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in material and/or manufacturing. Depending on the specific situation, you can have the item repaired, replaced, receive a refund, or a price reduction. The warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by incorrect handling of the product or service. You must report the defect/error within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered it. PlastikPrint.dk will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

**Refund**
If a refund is necessary, please include your bank details (account number and sort code) so the agreed-upon amount can be transferred. You can provide this information by email or another electronic form as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for the purpose of the refund.
**Right of Withdrawal**
We provide a 14-day full right of withdrawal for items purchased in our webshop. The period is counted from the day you receive the order, the day you receive the last item in physical possession (for multiple items ordered in one order but delivered separately or over several installments), the day you receive the last batch or last part in physical possession (for delivery of items consisting of several batches/parts), or the day you receive the first item in physical possession (for regular delivery of items over a specified period).
Return costs are at your expense. The withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and the return must be made no later than 14 days after the notification. Please notify us by email at mail@palstikprint.dk. In the notification, please make it clear that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you want to return the item to us, you must fill out the attached Return Form and send the item to:

You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to accept the item without also giving clear notice.
**Items Exempt from the Right of Withdrawal**
The following types of items are not covered by the right of withdrawal:
- Items that have been made to the consumer's specifications or have been personalized.
- Sealed items that are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene and where the sealing has been broken after delivery.
- Items that, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items upon delivery.
- Items where the seal has been broken.
- Performed non-financial services if the provision of the service has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ceases when the service is fully performed.
- Delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium if the execution has started with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost.
- Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscription agreements for such publications.
- Agreements made at a public auction.
- Items that deteriorate or expire rapidly.
**Return**
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after exercising your right of withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct costs associated with returning the item. When returning the item, you are responsible for properly packaging it. You must include a copy of the order confirmation. The process is expedited if you also complete and include our Withdrawal Form.
You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we receive it in return. We do not accept packages sent with cash on delivery.
**Condition of the Item Upon Return**
You are only responsible for any decrease in the value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties, and the way it works. In other words, you can try the item as you would in a physical store.
If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that upon withdrawal from the purchase, you will receive only a portion or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt of the return. To receive a full refund, you should only test the item without actually using it.
**Reimbursement**
If you withdraw your purchase, you will naturally receive the amount you have paid to us. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are responsible, this amount will be deducted. When using the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive notice of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, or you have provided documentation that you have returned it.
